Our Studio
Hatch Design is a Hong Kong–based industrial design and product development studio established in 2025.
Our location provides direct access to high‑quality suppliers and manufacturing partners across China and Southeast Asia, enabling efficient communication, practical oversight, and a reliable path from design to production.

Founder
The studio is led by Jonathan Edridge, an award-winning industrial designer with extensive experience across consultancy, in‑house R&D, and international product development. His background spans consumer products, medical technology, robotics, and industrial equipment, shaping a design approach that is both human‑centred and technically grounded.
Our Partnerships
We work with start‑ups, spin‑outs, SMEs, and individual founders developing new products or refining existing ones. Many come to us at the early stages of an idea, looking for support in concept development, prototyping, or preparing a design for manufacture.
From our base in Hong Kong, we collaborate with a trusted network of suppliers and manufacturing partners across China and Southeast Asia, giving clients direct access to reliable production pathways and clear communication throughout the development process.
