IP rated battery pack for the SportStart lighting system.

The Sport Star battery pack features a blow‑moulded HDPE enclosure with IP64 protection, housing an 18Ah Li‑ion battery. Designed for low‑cost assembly, the body and cap are gasket‑sealed and riveted for structural integrity. A steel mounting plate enables fast, secure tripod attachment, and a single control button cycles light intensities with LED battery‑level feedback.
